Summer is here. if your car's air conditioner is not cooling you off, don't get overheated. First, make sure that your compressor clutch is turning and your radiator fans are in good working condition.  If the two are okay, then your problem could be low freon. Remember that a compressor when fully charged will still cycle on and off. Please be aware of high pressure leaks; if you are charging an A/C system please remember to always wear safety glasses.
